1) Test the pet hair stone in a small, inconspicuous area before you begin to ensure it is safe for that particular fabric.
2) Since this is a rough pumice-like stone, it will scratch leather seats and hard surfaces, such as, plastic trim areas in your car. So, always, avoid sweeping the stone on those surfaces. Consider using our rubber pet hair brush, along with the stone, if you have a lot of embedded hair close to those areas.3) Use this tool with a straight sweeping movement, not in a circle or a back and forth motion. The straight movement results in the hair clinging to the stone and rolling into a clump, ready to easily discard.
